Ummmmmmm....I haven't been through Wheeler Ridge since Nov 04. The Petro has been there a long time. In 1981 it was a Union 76...but it still had a cafe and lot's of truck parking. The T/A across I-5 was there as well...and as crappy in 1980 as it is now.

If you have any problems with your "trainer" please post it here as you will get very good advice on how to deal with that. A bad trainer at this point can either "make or break" a good thing. Don't let it happen to you.

Team truck driving is a challenge for anyone, especially in a trainer/student situation. Be ready for the inherent stress. It happens to everyone. It will pass and it does get better as time goes by. Keep us posted! You have a full CAD cheering section anticipating your unbridled success! Also, while Syncrosonix may have some questionable restroom habits,:P he is a rock solid individual and he is indeed on the same journey that you are about to embark upon and can be a great source of Swift specific information while you are out there. Go get 'em girl!
