about the accident-if the court thought that a pre or post trip Inspection would have caught the problem that caused the accident they would have ruled against you.

thats not what i mean..... if you knew, There are people at these companies that test and evaluate the endurance and performance of the products.... not be a test dummy FYI

you work a set schedule, which would be perfect for going to school, you can set up classes around your work...no problem there. you are 22 and make 55k a year...no problem there. but you wanna go drive over the road and go to school? i guess the question is...what is the problem? oh, and none of the i want more out life bs, that is why i am going to school, because you are in a perfect situation to go to school right where you are at.

Oh no.... another know-it all truck driver. who thinks conway is top notch.

well you must have never worked at Conway, i dont have a set schedule, well i do until freight slows down, and then i got back to a flex board, so my working time all change, (ie. right now i work at night, but the will probably change around early november, then i will be working during the day being "on call")

i am not going to drive OTR, it would be a waste & wouldnt work for me..., i am just going to try and find a nice local company to work for with a set schedule or not drive at all.

also, i work too many hours right now, how the heck can i go to school and get sleep when i only have 10 hours off per day..... F**k that. So i need to find a job with less hours, when i go to full time student in Jan-08

because right now i am only part-time and have my classes set up during the day so i can work at night.

uhm, matt. no need to be a dick. i never said conway was perfect. re-read my post and see that i said you are ina perfect situation to go to school. it seems to me that you need justification to go to school, or drive otr, or stay at conway. i don't know. everyone has given you great advice and you feel the need to disagree and explain to everyone why it will not work. if you wanna go to school bad enough you can make it work. if you wanna drive otr you can make it work. you are young and you learn that life is what you make it, good or bad. it seems that you have it good now at work, so maybe you need to look inside yourself and see why you are not happy. and try to not be a dick.
