Please, "Snowman 7" accept my humble apologies, I meant no dis-respect and by all means, welcome to the wide and"not so wonderful" world of UPS !! Actually, I'm really glad to see you all flying our colors. Now, to get you a really good contract......

Yeah, some companies give like a .01 or .02 per mile bonus. But Arrow likes to let you go a bit faster. And while a little extra money would be great, I can't stand doing 65. So I'm not complaining.

LOL, dont worry about it! I'm actually laughing at myself because we really are RHSC! Our facilities and equipment are still second class. I cant wait for more UPS influence on their new "toy". It'll take some time but they'll bring us up to speed. All kinds of rumors everyday, keeps it interesting!

I was at Conway for 6 months and got laid off in Oct. Best thing that ever happened to me. Got on with UPS Freight in Nov and I love it! Way more work, way better pay plan, and better trucks. I just got assigned an 03 Volvo nicely equipped. Conway has stripped bare Sterlings and new guys drive old ones, 98/99 models, spring ride with no AC, cruise or radio. Business is booming at UPSF. I'm at the bottom and I'll do 55k this year. Raise every 6 months for 3 years. I suugest anyone check into it, we're hiring all over and we're just going to grow very fast now that Buster Brown bought us. (Formerly Overnite). Get in now! I'm a very happy truck driver!

Conway sure must be keeping busy, I see a ton of them 4am-7am and saw 3 running today.
