Thats whats nice about having a 63 mph truck, you can pretty much run wide open every where and they leave you alone.

What does UPS package run? I have had those guys blow my doors off thru WV.

foot to the floor isn't so good for me. Amazing, someone is doing like 58, you go to pass them then they see the big s on the side of your truck and they pick up speed and esentualy leave you hanging in the fast lane. Realy pisses me off, eather go faster on slower than me, don't just pick up speed to piss me off or becuse you are offended a swift truck is passing you.

I get it too, some people are really offended by slow company trucks passing them.

Just be glad you're not in Europe. Most European trucks are governed at 85 km/h.

UPS (the REAL UPS) feeder and linehaul team trucks are ungoverned. I can run 75 if I choose to do so. But since I get paid hourly, why on earth would I ?? Kind of cutting my own income down would be idiotic....Besides, we are required to take breaks and meal periods. Only thing speed does for me is increase the lengths of my naps.....

When you're paid by the mile it's always an advantage!

But, from a legal speed limit point of view there is the turnpike, plus I run Indiana, Penn, New york, W Va., not to mention the other slow states like Mi and Il, which I would never speed in! ops:
