Default CRETE

Well I just got home, I had been told that I would need to be out with a trainer for 4 weeks but they cut me loose after 2 . I wont say their the best outfit out there but so far I impressed

They do pay for orentation and rented me a car to drive to Lincoln NE

Pay while out with a trainer is $500 a week

while training there is NO team driving

Starting pay is .40 CPM ( for me with less than 1 recent year exp)

So far I haven't had to sit at all (been 3 weeks)

All around so far so good!

If I can answer anyones questions just pm me and I'll get back to you

I haven't heard any thing about autoshifts, Almost all the trucks are Freight Liner and they raised the CPM .03 last September
They impressed me just by getting me detention pay after 2 hrs and it got
me a dock while the other guys were still sitting & b#tching about it. Just goes to show that someone does care!

Good that you are getting off on the right foot with them and like them.
Alot of folks have good things to say about them. The only negative I have seen show up on a regular basis is that they can be anal about the log book

Good luck to you.

true. Don't be a super-trucker and you'll be fine. You've made a good choice on what company to start out with.

anal about logs?well yeah they are, but if your having problems they will sit down and help you with it and not just hang you out dry. It all boils down to log it legal and do it as you log it.
