well, i have been with wh for a lil over a year now. i am very happy here, 133000+ miles my 1st year, just got a brand new truck, 10 more days of vacation, good hometime, after having 5 days at 6 month mark already, at .35 per mile, what more can u ask for? i was driving an 02 ftl with 720000 on it but they kept it well maintained, no major problems at all. i happen to know it to be a fact they dont charge you for log book violations, cause i have had quite a few!! the only negatives i can see here is dispatch isnt 24hour, which you learn to deal with, too much northeast and chicago but thats there bread and butter apparently. the shop seems like they take forever sometimes but they get the job done, i am supposed to be otr but for some reason i almost always end up at home for the weekend, but thats just cause i live in ohio i think. if anyone has any questions feel free to pm me.
