Dear Santa,

I have tried to be very good this year.

For Christmas, I want, World Peace, and all of that other stuff that I asked for earlier. BTW, I also need to be off on Halloween and Groundhog day!!!

Dawn, Good luck, but, you just as soon keep working your 9 to 5 job as try to get back into trucking, if you really were. I don't know if anybody would hire you with those request. Although, it gives me a good laugh.

All i'm really asking for is steady consistent, day-time deliveries. No freaky middle of the night sht. And then switching back from daytime to nightime.

I'm looking for this is in a van company. I know that carhauling is basically daytime delivery and i have a little experience with that.

The other stuff is secondary:

No freightliners

72 mph. Really 77 mph.

Consistent loads---mileage.

I would love to here your reasoning behind the "no Freightliner" rule. Car haulers have their own sets of quirks, like any other transportaition jobs. I personally would not like the flat top sleeper or the mushy ride with the car on top of the tractor. But I started in trucking a few years ago...and my first OTR tractor was a 4070 cabover...so I can be very picky now.
