Long story short - I kept telling her we did not need to spend the extra money. Then I was home for 6 weeks with a heart problem, I realized then all that she did w/o a complaint and when she wanted to relax there was no tv to watch. I got it finally, she got her satillite tv.
It really is the little things that make a difference.
I hope you have a great mothers day.
Enjoy your kids, they grow up so fast.
Our kids are grown and gone and my wife's health is not so good, I am not driving anymore, (now a minister) but I still appreciate all that she does when she can, what she can't I will do what does not get done will be there tomorrow! Lifes to short!
You remain in my prayers!
That is a nice story, sorry to hear about your wife! And I know about it being there tomorrow...it always gets done it is just when. It sounds like you and your wife are a great team

Sometimes things will just dawn on a person and it is like oh wow I guess you do more than I think!

My husband is a good guy it is just the when I am super busy with something important or just to busy to get something done he just needs to have patience or do it himself. I wish I could have a bunch of mes'
1. To do all the things that need to be done with the children
2. One to take on other important task
3. One to do all the projects I want to do and another one to bring the money in to do it.

The day is just too short to do all that I would like to do sometimes.

Thank you for the prayers! They are appreciated!

By the way my mothers day tea had me in tears!! One of the moments that is just so special. The girls sang songs with their classes and then gave mom's their mother day presents. We also won a drawing for the teapot with flowers in it that was a table center piece! I do enjoy the kids they are wonderful!

It was really NICE!

When I spoke with my husband today he told me that a Davis Transport driver had been robbed by gunpoint for his load of steel in Lake Station Indiana. When Davis called the insurance agent they were told by them that there had been about six other loads of Steel taken in the same way. Very professional as they seem to do it when the security guard change shifts. So they do not want anyone to going Lake Station Indiana with a load of Steel. Be Safe!

I am glad thay no one got hurt..........but you know, it gets real old hearing about stuff like this. There are way too many scumbags that all want something for nothing......god forbid they have to get a job and make an honest living.

Default Yea, happy mothers day to all moms

Also talked to Will Hill at Sage today and sent him my application and stuff. Waiting for a commission check then I will be attending his school... can hardly wait. He has the residency stuff handled by vouching for students that are at his school.

Thanks for all the great information...

I guess I should know it is normal Just one day when the kids are grown up if that man gives me a hard time about the dishes he may be wearing a dirty tuperware dish :P

This is from my dad and Stepmom. The day before my dad played golf and just thought it was a cold.

Stepmom: Phil...Phil...wake up your coughing is driving me crazy I can't sleep with all that coughing....it is keeping me up!

Dad: Well your snoring is keeping me up!

My stepmom proceeds to take her pillow and blanket and stomps out to the couch.

Fifteen or twenty minutes later she hears my dad stomping in the kitchen (sometimes he made tea at night and went to the patio to smoke his pipe) she hears him stirring his tea and then he puts it in the microwave.

Next sound was a large crash on the kitchen floor. That was it... Gone

They very much loved each other but when she told us she laughed and said that it was just a complete typical banter between them as usual. She had no idea he was even really sick.

Anyway June 5 will be sixteen years. (Even though I am only 22  )

Thank you for the mother's day wish. I will be seeing my mom for a few hours tomorrow...with all that is going on it may be the last mothers day I will have with her.

I think my kids are planning on making me breakfast in bed tomorrow! I will enjoy every minute (as long as they don't bicker)

Happy mothers day to your Mrs. also! I hope you do something special with her if you are home!

My husband's CB is not working  but I told him to keep a lookout for you! He will be in So California Monday!
