Yeah right, I've been O/OP with Swift for 5 1/2 years and never had an issue with my pay.

Sounds to me like he had a Fleece Purchase truck and lost his ass.

Can't blame Swift for that, they don't hold a gun to your head and make you sign up.

I've been with swift for 9 months now. on my 3rd DM this past 2 months ( by far the best ). Had many problems with getting miles and I went to my fleet manager. She is AWESOME! I know shes always on the DM asking if I'm taken care of, any problems that she can help with. I went to a new local, dedicated account and got burned badly. She added extra pay that went above what I shouldve earned to keep me happy. She even took the time to call me when I had my 4th breakdown in 3 weeks to help me out. I cant ask for a better manager. Thats why I stay with swift.
