I'm scheduled to start training about it in Des Moines this Monday and will know shortly after that. I was SUPPOSED to get there sooner but did a few last minute, high dollar "runs" to build up the piggy bank this week.

Love all of your pics Fred. I check your site all the time for updates. Will you be around tomorrow to chat on the phone? I may call you with some questions if that's alright. Let me know what a good time you think will be.
Thanks, Steve

Fred,
Super photos! The detail on the chains and the descriptions on securing the load are very instructive. Thanks for posting them.

Thanks. That was a pretty cool load. Was fun to see the 4-wheelers "run" to get out of the way because it looked so big and dangerous. It really wasn't though. Was only 26,000 pounds (light weight).
You can call me ANY time. I've always got my cellphone with me and if I'm busy, asleep or in a bad cell service area, just leave a message and I'll get right back to you.

I have come to the conclusion that it is possible to run mostly legal (it is not possible to ever run perfectly legal) and make a more than adequate income at TMC. Not sick money but over $1,000.
This occurs from: --Working extremely hard, efficient, and being very organized. --Being lucky; the GD shippers, consignees, and traffic cooperating. --Having a good FM. Mine is excellent, he gets me loads and gets me home. --Informing the FM of what is going on with my day. That way he can adjust your loads and fix problems. --Saying thank you to the FM when he does a good job. Proverbs 12:24 "The hand of the diligent shall bear rule; the slothful shall be under tribute."

Hello TMC faithful! I have decided that TMC is probably gonna be tops on my list if I decide to carry out with my plans to go to driving school. I am interested as to what schools in the Jackson, TN area are TMC approved for newbies. Also, are there any specific routes or dedicated hauls that I may be of interest to me in this area? I am quite impressed with the opportunities TMC offers its drivers, and not to mention the first class equipment. I would appreciate any info you guys could help me with!
