I guess their are more drivers sitting and waiting for their runs than going down the road with good ole JB.

I think this table is fair, but only if more drivers rate the companies. A general average of a large amount of people will give you the ideal of the whole picture of that company.
If a company doesn't rate, or has a low rating, and has only a few voters, then that tells you a few people had problems. If a company is a good company, and only one voted, where is the bashing? This table give you a rating system of how drivers truly feel towards a company, good or bad. So use it as a tool while looking. After all, it just a rating table of drivers opinions.

Clearly (as stated here by others too) this is one of the most ill conceived and poorly planned features on CAD. It fails to list the number of voters on the main list, it fails to show how long a company has been listed on CAD as a member company, it is far too susceptible to skewed results caused by disgruntled drivers or input from non-driver "electronic vandals".
A public rating system generated by anonymous individuals who are not required to prove ANYTHING about themselves or their qualifications for passing such judgment is doomed to failure.
