Cool idea, I tryed to get past 1st page to see if it is set up for a team to apply and fill ou but it would not let me see what up on page the team application proccess for apply at company's an all ...is that possible?

Thanks alot for the rating system you have there. hopefully it will keep someone from getting mixed up with a crappy company. it sure as hell opened my eyes to a few new paths to walk down. 8)

The tool seems flawed from the standpoint ...
Only drivers filling out an application can input to it. That must mean you're looking to change and unhappy with a current employer.

It would seem one could voice one's opinion on what he has RECENT experience with .. that being one he's unhappy with, or he wouldn't be looking to leave said company.

So, how can "positive" inputs be generated? Maybe I don't understand the way it works, but I'm not going to do an online app (another) to find out.

Let's face it, the people who are here on CAD are unhappy where they are and think the grass is greener on the other side, or have no experience with any carrier other than all the here-say and gossip they see here and other such places. If there is someone here who logs on and loves where he/she presently drives, why would he/she want to subject themself to a flood of calls from recruiters by filling out another online app so he can praise his present company?

If I'm out of line, I apologize. I think CAD is a good resource for new and current drivers IF they know how to filter all the biased info and flame mail found here, much of which is written by people whose expectations are totally unrealistic and/or are just plain ignorant and can't be expected to stick with a job anywhere.

you are a smart man rkeck...I saw that flaw too. Kind of made me wonder when Swift was ranked higher than JB hunt for pay. Although I might be biased because im one of those "evil recruiters"...How could a company like swift who pays 29 cpm be ranked higher for pay than a company that pays 42 cpm.....makes you go hmmmmmmmm

I have been at Roehl for 6 years both on the road and in the office. I have tried to use the rating tool to bring up Roehl to give them an honest what I think rating, but I can't get it to bring up Roehl. Other comanies work. wassup?

well this is really not a accurate or fair way to judge a company, I can apply for every company and rate everyone low and rate swift the highest, even thought I hate swift so to get the best results would be hard to obtain, you get new people that gone from company to company and rate good companies bad so no this is not a real good census at all..

I think the tool is great. I put me in touch with this company. I have been there with them a month now and it is a drivers dream come true. Lots of miles...NO BS. and home when you ask. I was hired and showed up at the SHV facility and was flown to Indy the next day for orientation which took less than 3 hrs. 3 hrs later I was under a load and gone!!!

Give this company a try...They're awesome and you'll work for one the best freight coordinators in the business. I have never sat for more than an hour empty.

Oh, and free health insurance to boot.

While knowing what company is on top of what other company is good, I guess, can they be arranged alphabetically?

Also, can a column be added to show the number of drivers that have rated a certain company and how long they drove for them? It means nothing at all, to have an overall rating of 5.0, if there's only been one driver rate that company and he's only been with them for two weeks. Same same for a low rating. Just means they had one disgruntled driver find this site.
