12 years? Isn't that the time it takes to get a high school education? And NO ONE thought he'd make it? Sounds about right to me.

I didn't have a GPS. I was trying to actually follow the directions that I was given by Swift. And, don't say that I'm blaming Swift for that. I HAVE ADMITTED THAT I MADE MISTAKES. And, one of those mistakes was that I missed my turn, south of State College, PA, because I did NOT realize that Hwy. 22 was also Hwy. 322, at that juncture of the trip. That was my fault.
I assume you were eastbound on I-80 when you got to I-99. There you turned south and were supposed to (almost immediately) take the exit for 322. OR you were coming in on 322 and should have gone NORTH on I-99 to continue on 322. Guess what? The two highways do NOT run together at that point! You missed 322 and traveled at least 15 miles south and took the exit for U.S. 22. Even so.... had you STAYED on 22, you would have rejoined 322 at Lewistown where they DO merge. Instead... and from here I just can't imagine your thinking... you must have taken 26 down to 915 at Hopewell. WHEN did you plan on stopping and figuring out your position? How LONG were you gonna just keep driving without knowing where you were or where you needed to be? Somehow, you ended up on the ONE section of Hwy 30 that has signs up on the tpke (I know you weren't there to see them) saying big trucks should AVOID! You were so far off route, and wasting company fuel, that you should have quit right then and there! You're not only an accident waiting to happen... you're incapable of reading a map and/or following directions. I can SEE why your trainers were so frustrated as to be yelling at you all the time. [Sounds like you can't SHIFT gears, either!] And I can SEE why your trainer took over before getting into and out of a delivery/pickup! You just don't know what you're doing! And, from what I can tell.... you're UNTRAINABLE. You have a REAL problem with attention to detail! You don't know when you're wrong. You don't accept that it is YOU that is wrong. You got the details wrong about how you got lost. You somehow missed what EVERY driver is taught about sliding tandems and weight control. You say you were going REAL slow when you hit the bridge? Then how come you didn't check your mirrors and SEE that you were about to hit it? SAME goes for the fender damaged at the "J" in Winchester! If it WAS that tight (and I don't believe it was,) why weren't you checking your mirrors and should have SEEN that you were gonna drag your trailer across his fender? Simple answer: You have no "situational awareness." You don't "get" the geometric dynamics of "the angle of the dangle!" Even when you GOAL... you don't understand what actions are necessary to correct the situation. You want further evidence of your inattention to detail? How about this: When you "scanned and uploaded" those DAC report pages, you redacted certain information on SOME of them. But, guess what? You left your NAME on one... T. Willems... and your Soc Sec number on another! There are a fair number of spammers and phishers on this board so... if I were you... I'd get a NEW identity! Cuz YOURS is now openly available to anyone who wants to steal it! Face it dude... you're just not cut out to drive a big rig! NOT just cuz you had a few minor incidents (although 3 in 3 months IS too many,) but also because you seem to KNOW you can't do it and want someone to HOLD YOUR HAND through everything you do! It just don't work that way. See my SIGLINE! Now... go ahead and blast ME the way you've blasted everyone else. I've been kinda bored lately, and I'm just DYING to have a debate with someone like YOU! But, I'll apologize ahead of time... cuz you don't stand a chance!

I think he's gone atleast for now, gotta admit I'd like to see him try to justify his actions and debate you Hobo. That'd be tough, Biden/Ryan or Hobo/ lilchemmaster

Fozzy did a better job than I would have. At least he kept his cool and stayed on topic! He said everything I wanted to say that WAS on topic. Chris1 also provided simple explanations for things that escaped this guy! I just don't understand wusses that think they need someone to hold their hand while they "hone their skills" after (supposedly) proving they have learned the basics. Driving a truck is JUST not that HARD! Some things that happen out on the road are a bit more "dicey" and require some skill or b@lls to negotiate. But, 10 mph through a parking lot, or in a drop yard? Give me a break! "In America you are not ENTITLED to drive a truck!" Everyone gets the same opportunity... and training. But... not everyone succeeds!

I was all ready to sit down with my popcorn & beer avatars to watch the show. Damnit - why'd you take so long to jump in?

Naw.... REALLY... I just couldn't believe Fozzy would go on so long with him! Or that he would be as arrogant as he was. I guess I just wanted to sit back and let y'all see how an AMATEUR argues his case! In hopes I might someday be appreciated! ![]() Besides... he"ll probably be back! As soon as he gets "unlost" from the bayous of Minnesota! [that's a joke.]
