Now that I got it, I have got to wait up to 30 days more before I can send any apps. out, as I am disputing what is on mine.....so Pony Express I am in the same boat you are in and its name is B U L L S H I @#$$%!!! :evil:

Pardon my harshness....but you "boneheads"....are going about this the wrong way:
If you go to a lawyer, lay down $50 or $100....he/she writes a letter to the asshole that laid down the lie to DAC....tells them to get their shit together or the sky will fall on them in the form of a damages suit....and the problem gets resolved fairly quickly....if and only if you have told the truth. If not, they will stand their ground and piss on your head freely. Stop being "weenies"!! For the love of all that matters, grab the damned bull by the horns, kick him in the nuts and deal with the issues.... DAC/USIS is not the final "arbiter" of a damned thing. They are an information "warehouse"....the real issue is with the people who lodged false information. You want to get a lawyer interested in handling a lawsuit...tell him you want to sue for damages....but you only want 40% of the settlement, he gets to keep 60%....watch him burn them to the ground.
