You would think that this guy would have learned something the first time he failed a drug screen. He was given another chance and is apparently unappreciative of the opportunity. This guy doesn't need to be driving a bicycle, much less an 18 wheeler. He will likely be involved in an accident, at some point. When he is it will be yet another black eye for the entire industry.....not to mention that someones life could be ended or changed forever because of this drug addict. Without this type of individual, none of us would need to concern ourselves about random drug tests. By the way, sometimes there is an individual who will actually stand by your side and witness your giving a sample. It is a dumb move to try and beat this system with potentially deadly consequences. :x

Default Confused

Does your BIL's spouse know what he's doing? I think the best worst thing that could happen to him would be to lose his job. The best best thing that could happen would be to lose his CDL. BOL

BIL doesn't have a spouse. He is my husbands brother. That I know of he doesn't do weed or alcohol while driving just when he gets home on the weekends. If I knew of him doing it while driving I would report him.

He has worked for this company for over 2 years. In trucking for about 7 years, no accidents.

Default Compassion

Ma'am, you have too much compassion for your BIL and none for the motoring public.
If you know he'd test positive for THC on any Monday when he goes to work, you need to drop a dime to his employer or anonymously to the local gendarmes.
If a victim of his misbehavior, in the event of an accident he causes or is part of, finds out that you knew of his illegal actions, who do you think could also be held LIABLE? BOL

It only takes ONE....

You might want to think about the person or family that he might kill. If he does end up killing someone and the authorities find out that you knew he was doing drugs and or alcohol while driving you might have the law breathing down your neck. You never know what the family of the victim's will do in a civil case. Just an idea, I am not trying to piss you off or come off as a conspiracy theorist, just a thought.
Not to mention how would feel if someone in your family was killed by a drunk or high on drugs driver and you found out someone knew he was like that and might have been able to prevent it.

Just something to think about..... on a lighter note... maybe the moron will get a female to give him a urine sample and it will come back Pregnant.

Like I said, I have never seen him high or drunk when he was working. If I had I would of called someone. Noone has make me mad. I know what he is doing is wrong but it causes other family problems if he has no job. If he gets busted for either drugs or falsifing the drug test I am all for him spending a little time in jail.

He went to my husband because he doesn't drink, smoke or do drugs. He lives a clean life and wants to stay that way.

Well my nephew is a minor so I don't know what would happen there. I am not going to report him because he is probably going to hang himself
It is so sad that you and your husband feel such a loyalty to this loser. If more families turned in their worthless kin the crime rates in the country would plummet. It's hard to imagine what it would be like living with the guilt of knowing that I could have prevented a tragedy and loss of an innocent persons life if I had not kept my mouth shut because they're "family".

When you have a family member that has an addiction they aren't going to get help until they are ready. He has had DUI's, lost everything, lives with my SIL (which is why I don't turn him in then she has to support his butt), but still hasn't grown up. I don't really want to be involved. His boss knows who he hired and still decided to hire him. I don't know exactly when he does the things he does so I can't report him if I don't know for sure that he is high while driving.

It isn't that we are loyal to him but we don't know the facts to turn him in because we don't associate with him much.

must be a shady and fly by night outfit if they're even THINKING of hiring him with the DWI's not even mentioning that he wants somebody to take the Piss test for him.

They are not thinking of hiring him, they already have! He has worked there for over 2 years now, well when he wants to work. This drug test is a random.
