What's the difference in backing up a autoshift and a manual?? I have only driven a autoshift and have never had any problem backing up.

Check on the rolling resistance on those XZR's, I believe it's pretty bad and that can cost you a couple grand a year or more!

Thanks Repete...any advice on a better tire choice...I'm open. My driving area is going to be from Midwest out to the Northeast ,Canada and back. The dealer recommended the Michelins...obviously.

Thanks Hobo !
Lets not forget abortions and gay marriage!

I'm not really up on what tire to run for the best (lowest ) rolling resitance, best to search around. But it does seem the lower the number the higher the price. At $4.00 a Gal. just a few points diff on the RR and you can more than make up the difference in price.

Well...The 09 Pete is out...at least the one I checked out today.No more truck brokers...what a run-around.

Thanks for the advice Mackman...any recommendations for a model or what $50K will buy in a Mack...?

At this point....I've asked a number of people in trucking whats there choice...? and they're all different.A lot of people have said"Buy whats right for you" So...I think I'm back to the Volvo 780...06-09 pre-emission models.
