I did get a chance to try out the roof top unit yesterday. It was 93 in Billings MT and I just ran the rooftop unit and only the Rigmaster power and it worked well. Still not a good test since I was only up for maybe 30 minutes after parking and went to bed. My ultimate test will be to sit some place for a day in 100+ and see how it does. Not really a fair test coming off the highway after having the trucks AC on all day. I'm sure it will be a different story after the whole truck starts to bake. Going to sleep has never been a problem with just the Rigmaster. The output vent points right on me so it could be 150 inside the cab but you are nice and cool. My ultimate goal would be to not have to close the privacy curtain and have the whole inside of the truck at least 75. I think my Western Star with the full size driver and passenger compartment and the 80" high rise condo is the worst case and the most area to be cooled out of all the conventional trucks. And, it's Red! Now that I have a rooftop unit I notice everyone's all the time. I also notice that most large RV's have up to 4 units on them!

Now to start researching one of those Espar units then I'll be all set for the winter and save even more now that my Rigmaster has paid for itself.

I figure why run the Rigmaster at .2 or .4 gallons per hour in the winter when I'm sitting when I could run the Espar for a fraction of the cost.
Having all this stuff just gives me mounds of options with cost savings associated plus ideal comfort.
