See how good it looks? When it arrives, it will look like a child put it together,
Probably by a 10 year old boy in a sweat shop

You would have died when you saw it.
1.Metal shavings all over the inside of the box.
2.Green garden hose for a crank case vent tube (heat rated I'm sure).
3.The starter looked like a hammer was used to put it on.
4.It was leaking oil.
5.Wires all over the place, all diff. colors and sizes, just totally done like he used scrap wire..
6.That plastic air cleaner wouldn't fit on the intake.
7.The hard rubber vibration mounts.
And the final straw,.....he sent a spare set of piston rings,a head gasket, and a hand crank to start the thing.
How would you feel if you bought a new motorcycle and the dealer handed you a set of piston rings  a head gasket and a crank handle.

On his website he had a decible meter that read 68,......let me tell you what,...this thing had to be in the high 80's. Of course that didn't matter because the engine siezed up anyway.

The charge cooler was plugged up pretty bad also, but this radiator was over 50% blocked up. It could be some kind of varmit hair,...and motor oil.

That and it looked like it had never been cleaned. The truck had an inframe 200,000 miles ago, but I don't know if they pulled the cooling system and cleaned it.
I understand why,....it was a very difficult job. It took me two days to R&R the radiator. But since it was under my unlimited mileage warranty,...I had the owner pay me for the work and the parts

Good thing you aren't a flat rate shop, I think the book time on R&R a IHC radior is about 5 hours. That includes taking it out of the frame after you get it out.
