Rusty, I tried different meats at one point and found that you don't even have to cook it. In small chunks it cooks in about 15 minutes anyways in the chili.
One thing I left out in the recipe that I do is to cook the hamburg in a deep pot on high heat with 4 pieces of bacon. I keep cooking until all the grease is gone and the hamburg is a little burned. Much more flavor. I also use 80% lean. Fat adds flavor!!!

Shut up, you suck!
I'm freaking starving out here but lost 10 so far.
I wonder if the chili is low carb? I've been thinking about canning it for the road.

Go easy on the beans,it drastically reduces the carb content

You still haven't explained how fuel prices for someone filing their own IFTA matters less than for someone who has a carrier file their IFTA for them. What - do you think that if you are leased on to a company, you suddenly don't have to pay IFTA anymore?
I guess you actually have to be leased to a carrier and not running under your own authority to understand that the expenses between the two are virtually identical. In fact, I think you'd be hard pressed to show that you have any extra expenses than I do other than your cargo insurance.

Like I said, you've never done the IFTA worksheet so go back to your little corner and do like I said then report back. I'm not going to do your homework for you, I've actually done mine.

I'm guessing you've never done it either. That's not the IFTA worksheet. I guess you both have a problem with instructions. You need to do what I said above. DUH

Typical Steve, trying his hardest to pretend that there is something special about his operation, and that it is specialer than everyone else's.
