You need to make sure that all of your logs and receipts match. A serious accident could put you out of business if you are found at fault and have log violations. Fines can be stiff, even in an audit.
I agree Gman. That is what I mentioned earlier. BTW this was my very first audit and I passed it with flying colors with even some good remarks. The only piece of paper I had missing was the MCS-90 ins. form which I had my ins. company fax and all was good.
