Yes but if it takes me say 2 hours to get unloaded, I want to know if I can stop the 14 hr clock by going up to line 1 or 2.

I think they did away with that. When I started a few years ago, my Dad told me a sleeper birth could stop the clock. That has changed, but I'm not 100%.

What I would do in your (rank) situation is different than others might to get more drive time :wink:

1 doesn't stop the clock at all, only resets it.

2 stops the clock if it is at least 8 hours.

Unlike canada, which is any 2 hours of 2. But still, 16 hours is a lot anyways.

Yeah. That's what I saw over at the "rules" forum. Gotta be at least 8. Darn it.
