If we screw up and dont like our service they will go somewhere else. Wal-Mart is the biggest/baddest but I go to Albertsons because I like the service. I like to pick my cut of meat.

That was the whole point.

I've hauled 2 loads for CHR so far. They called me both times and the first one was a long run that paid good other than I had trouble with the broker and my rate agreement showing up before I delivered but it all turned out OK. They paid promptly and everything was fine.

They've called me many times in the past as do a million other brokers and if I don't like the load, I don't take it, NO BIG DEAL.

Everyone hates the big boys like Walmart. Except me I just love their blue light specials.
