Discredited for driving autoshift trans?

I have heard that more and more companies are outfitting with autos(Burris logistics, Black Horse). Might be an unfournate trend to the future.

Whether or not line haul operations would go that route, your guess is as good as mine.

On job interview, don't mention you only drove automatics. The only thing they're concerned with is your MV safety record (no moving violations) and verifiable driving experience.

Of course, if you don't know how to shift, it'll be apparent enough when you take your road test.
