Default Dashboard problem

The engine fluild indicator in the dashboard will not cut when u start the truck what's wrong

Not enough engine fluid? Bad sensor? Bad wiring?

BTW - thanks for all the fantastic info. It made the diagnosis of the problem so much easier.

The fluid levels are ok also the speedometer and rpm clock aren't working and ,the sensor are working as i had got them checked already / the truck is pulling good so im thinking the breakdown is after the signals leave the ecm as im not getting a check light so i know that ecm is receiving the signals from the sensors

Probably bad wiring in the dash, then, if all that stuff is out.
