By the way legally free is free. The one year commitment at a lower pay scale is how you reimburse them. So really not free, because free =$. 00. So in court they lose if they tried to get you for quitting early. Like I told Schneider, our contract was bilateral agreement, you had to hold up your side of the agreement also, like paying as agreed. Quit after a month and the next time I heard from them was a year later with a job offer lol. So review the contract and look at their promises, if they fall to keep one promise they breech the contract. Your clear!
