My $.02, be sure to communicate clearly in all correspondence with any potential leads.

How you write, says a lot about you, and shows your attention to details. (some of your posts were hard to read)

You may want to brush up the resume, I would suggest you hire someone to help you construct a professional resume that boasts your experiences and qualifications, moreso than a timeline fashion (as well ... you could visit your job service, they do that for free ... at least they will help you out to the fullest to get it written).

As another poster said too, if I were you I'd hand deliver the resumes to the HR person, and ask them if they have time to chat a minute. Charm them, that's something a paper resume / phone calls / email just can't do.
