Anyone know? I ask because CDL shouldn'd be given to those who are NOT citizens. They are, but they shouldn't be.

Expect more stories like this when Mexico start sending their drivers on our soil.

Typical story of how latinos are helping tear down an already weak country. Need i remind you of how many sneak into this country, to say, have a kid born here or other medical care (not to mention even though the mother snuck in, the kid being born in the US automaticly becomes a US citizen...how dumb is that) then sneak back to Mexico because they cant afford the $200,000 bill they racked up.

Story out of Iowa years and years ago, a pick-up truck with a topper carrying like 20 illegal mexicans was traveling on i-35, and got into an accident with a big truck. all occupants of the pick-up were killed. The state or the US refused to return the bodies of the mexicans untill they paid for shipping them up front. Forget what all actually happened, but its funny, they comit a crime by sneaking into this country illegally, then think they have 'rights' because they get caught in another crime, and are arrested. I say screw em. Sneak into this country and get caught doing something wrong? Well fly you to the middle of el-nowhereo mexico and toss you out of a plane with an old WWII parachute, and whatever happens happens. Just think of the money we save by finding a way to get rid of old surplus?! =)

5 Years jail and trouble with the logbook???? HMMMM.....Because of his ''backround'' he qualifies for all what the special interest groups have ready for him. Like FREE DUI driving without consequences and a FREE OUT OF JAIL card for killing a US border agent. Dont forget what the Speaker of the house of our United States said: They are SPECIAL PEOPLE!!! So we are looking for his crimes at maybe 6 month probation.
