As far as I know the paystar has an aluminum cab so you won't have rust issues while the 2654 is a steel cab and can have rust issues especially in the northern states. Plus the paystars cab is larger and the truck is made for on/off road work whereas the 2654 is more of a generic do anything truck. I'd spend the money for the paystar if you're planning on keeping it for a while.
