ahh USA Truck. I work with them. They are pretty strict with their background checks especially right now being that their trucks are pretty much full with drivers. Im not acusing you of lying, Ive just NEVER heard of CRST or any other large company not putting something like that on his DAC. Plus being that I recruit for USA truck as well as many other companies, I wouldnt even try to put someone who was fired from his last job on there right now because I know they wouldnt accept them.
Now, lets say what you are saying is true and somehow he slipped through the cracks. If you call USA truck, they are most likely going to say we did a complete background check on him and CRST didnt say he was fired, so all is good. The most that might possibly happen is that thy might hit him with a drug test and if he passed it once, he will probably pass it again. Again, if what you are saying is true, you should at least call. However, they are going to treat it much like we are treating it out here....Very questionable.
