Ok your post is like me at truck stops when I get on the radio and become Super Swift or Big Daddy werner ,and talk complete B.S. nonsense...
1. If he was terminated for drug use that would be on his Dac if it was proveable.
2. If he was fired for threats and asttempted assault it would be on the DAC if proveable.
3. If these things aren't on his DAC then they aren't proveable ,and therefore not able to be "BACKED UP" as without proof a company isn't going to back it up ,because they don't want to be sued .
4. Every big company runs a DAC during the hiring process , so either this info is on it and they do not care or it's just not on it for the reason i listed above .
5. He doesn't have to tell his new employer anything that's not on his DAC .
6. You kind of sound like an disgruntled EX girlfriend that needs to have the taste smacked out of your mouth ,
7. you can be sued for slander and defimation of character if you persist on your un proveable smear campaign .
