I WAS a member over there just as long a s I have been here. I mostly read the threads with the ever so often post. Well About a month ago another member PM'd me asking about Sage CDL School in San Antonio in which I attended. I PM'd him back with a link to my blog (sponsored by CAD) and was banned forever for "promoting" this site  . Screw um!!!!!!!!

Hiya pal. Welcome to this board.

I love my loyal fans out here. I'll just assume you read some of my posting. That should tell you alittle about myself.

Here's the deal with me. I don't like these one post wonders who will post great things, and never hear from them again. I hate liers with a passion, and to me, not telling the full truth is a lie. And I hate and bash JB Hunt every chance I get....

But I'm always for the driver. If what you are telling us is right, then you have done very well for yourself. And personally, I would rather learn on what you did to do so well. Maybe some of your tips can be passed on so that newbie looking at JB can have a better time than I did. Stuff they should know and expect once they are on their own. Ways they can use to make top dollar while working there.

Talk to ya soon.

lol....I love those guys over at truckersreport. Ive been banned so many times I have lost count. I think they are hilarious. They are a pretty big joke here around the office and quite a few of us go out there and stir things up a bit. What cracks me up the most about them is the guy who runs it actually thinks he is on some sort of important mission to bring down JB Hunt. They are almost like nutso conspiracy theorists out there. They actually think that we have "corporate spies" whose only job is to monitor his website and report back.  Delusions of grandeur, I guess. Another funny thing about them is Ive actually paid to advertise my website on that site and got quite a few hires from there. He got really pissed when I mentioned that and got banned again.... :lol.

Yeh, I thought the whole "we have JB Hunt recruiters on this site all the time cussing us out" stuff to be a bit conspiracy-theorish. I have no problem with anyone bashing JB, trust me...but they just take it too far. He's real quick to ban people too haha.

Must be true, despite the image that truck drivers are a rough and tough bunch, the reality is that most of them are a bunch of whiners and babies.

I hope that you have some thick skin. Jb is bashed here also. So is Swift, Werner, Schnider, Heartland(sorry batman), ETC.
No apology necessary. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, be it good or bad. We just expect people to obey the site rules when venting about any company.

Some drivers like those companies and do well with them. Some drivers have bad experiences and bash them.
That's the key point right there. For any company, the majority of the drivers will be doing all right to really good. But there will always be those that fall through the cracks for whatever reason and have a bad experience. Sometimes that is because the company dropped the ball, other times it's because the driver had issues. Whatever the case, life always goes on.

Ive never seen any "recruiter" cuss them out there. We tend to be a bit of a smart ass when we go out there, but never cuss them out. I, on the other hand have been cussed out many times out there.
The really funny thread out there right now is some driver started with us and quickly had TWO preventables and was fired. (somehow that was JB hunts fault). I havent seen one member out there say, "YOU HAD TWO PREVENTABLE ACCIDENTS, OF COURSE YOU WERE FIRED" They just stroke him and agree with him that we are at fault for letting him go because of two accidents.
Believe me, I dont mind anyone bashing any company, including my employer. In fact debate is a healthy thing and is great for everyone. I welcome the bashers...even cluggy  . As long as I am allowed to respond accourdingly. This board is great about allowing two sides to every debate.
