five times for driving on a suspended driver's license

In Canada, after the second charge, you would never drive again. Did you not learn the first four times.

the news report says clocked on radar at 70mph.if the news and the wsp dont know what they are talking about maybe you can demand a retraction from the news.the widow of one of the men killed by the tweaker log truck driver is on the news.she is demanding more wsps and more traffic stops on "scary"l looking trucks.this guy ways using meth and the second time he lost his load he was going 70mph and killed 2 scientists.he got 4 1/2 years in prison and blames his boss for pushing him so hard.this was all on nwcn.

As far as the contributing premises to minors that means that when I was 21 my 20 yr old roomate had a party (while I was gone) with some other underagers, they got busted and since the place was in my name I got charged w/ contributing premises to minors which I had dismissed in court.

As for a retraction, it is pending, my lawyers have requested that we wait for OFFICIAL charges to be brought before asking both the WSP and the media for a clarification/Retraction. Believe me, it irritates the hell out of me that I cant say anything because I have spent half of the last month explaining myself to people who automatically believe everything the see on the news.

As for the Driving on suspended, I had my license suspended on three different occasions for failure to pay the afforementioned defective equiptment tickets....it was suspended in the third degree which until recently in WA meant that they do suspend it at will without notice. All three times I was out on a run and took care of it immediately upon returning.....the other 2 times were both errors on the DOLs part related to reinstatement paperwork.....all but 1 were DISMISSED WITHOUT PREDJUDICE.. It is easy for people to look at the number of times cited and go "Oh my god what a $%@* up....I have never had a commercial driving ticket in over 700,000 miles. I have driven coast to coast in all kinds of weather and never had ANY incidents. But you wont hear that on the news.

At the time of the accident I was only going 25 mph...the news reports never say I was clocked at 70 because I WASNT....the state patrol officer (who by parking his car in the right lane of traffic while he checked on an accident that had already occured caused this accident) wasnt even in his car....it took him 20 minutes to walk back to the accident scene after we came to a stop.....also if I was going 70, why wasnt I arrested at the scene? this rookie officer parked his car in the right lane of traffic just around a curve, I had a car traveling directly to my left so I couldnt change lanes so I had to either hit the patrol car head on and launch him into the accident victims he was securing or wait for the car next to me to get in front of me so I could get over knowing it would cause a jackknife......my decision while it may have inconvienienced some people...saved lives.... As for my driving record,,,, the 18 times I have been cited include several instances of noise complaints, contributing premises to minors, and jaywalking as well as 5 tickets for defective equiptment for having neon lights under my car... I was cited for a dui but NOT CONVICTED (cold + cough syrup....use your imagination)None of this was in the last 5 years and All of this was checked out by Atlas Van Lines safety dept who has a VERY thorough application process. The state patrol officer is afraid of being blamed for this accident which is why every time the media writes a new report they have mysteriously new info.....I wasnt cited at the scene....tha should speak for itself......if anybody has any questions feel free....but I would appreciate it if u would stop critisizing something u know nothing about
Thank you for coming on and clarifying some things for us. You can't really blame us for the comments. If you were as bad as the news media had made you out to be I think you would want you off the road.

I hope you get things worked out. Welcome to the board!

Like the old saying goes....
Everyone in prison is innocent.

With a record like that , its obvious there is a total lack of responsibility for anything that this person does and it very easily crosses over into driving habits.

It reminds me when I was coming over the Smokey's last week and stopped at the brake check area and all I heard over the CB was these boneheads pissed off that some drivers were adhering to the speed limit going down the mountain pass.

Their reasoning...
"Ah hell, I've done it hundreds of times"

Sorry, I've shaved hundreds of times as well, but that doesnt mean I wont get cut on the the 101'st

Shawn R Biggs has come on the board and has explained that much of the charges were media hype. Even one of the 18 was a jay-walking ticket. He said none of these were moving violations.

Read his post. Now if these or most of them were moving violations I think our feelings would be right, but since he came on the board and gave us further insight to his incident I think we should give him the benefit of doubt.

Like I said....
Everyone in prison is innocent and there is always "their version of events".

 Se Habla Bull :dung:

Yeah, a record like that, and NONE of it is your fault??? The rookie cop was wrong, the news reportere were wrong, someone else threw the party at your house while you were gone, the DUI was over cough syrup, and the license suspensions were all "just one of those things"!!??!!

Yep, Old "RoadRunner9501" has made a comeback here at CAD for sure!!

If anyone believes this dude, then PLEASE send me a P.M. ASAP!!! I am in urgent need of your help!!

I have a deceased uncle who is living in Nigeria, and he just won $418 million dollars the Nigerian Lottery, and wants to move to The United States. He is also trying DESPERATELY to bring his wife, who is a retired homeless nun who was living by a parking meter, but her shopping cart was just recently towed away because her parking meter expired, and because the shopping cart had neon lights underneath it. BTW, they also conffiscated her cough syrup as well!!

My uncle is having trouble with the Immigration Bureau, because his untimely death has caused paperwork problems, and he needs a lawyer who is a specialist in African Tribal Contract Law, Nigerian Lottery law, AND Nigerian Parking Meter law. In order to help him redeem his ticket, he only needs $12,500. for legal fees, $17,500. for parking tickets, $145,00. to get the shopping cart out of the impoundment yard, and another twenty three people to send $25,000. each to sponsor him and his wife. There will also be a rather hefty tarriff in order to import my Homeless Aunt's shopping cart. In return, he is offering $300 million to each donor in return for their help.

P.M. me for more info, and PLEASE remember to include your bank account and routing numbers, and Social Security Number so that the funds can be electronicly deposited into your account. But please remember that confidentiality is important, so calling the police, the Fed's, or your spouse could cause some serious problems and create unneccessary delays in getting these funds deposited into your account.

:P

I never said none of it was my fault, you redneck piece of shit. The news reporters are wrong because they are reporting what the cop told them and he is lying. My roommate did have a party while I was gone that got me in some shit. Have I ever had a wild fucked up party that got busted???? yes and that pertains to my noise complaint violation which was one of the 18 violations. The dui was over cough syrup and I don't give a fuck if you believe that or not. The DWLS's weren't just one of those things, I just merely pointed out that they were unpaid parking tickets and I think one of my def equp. tickets. Ive taken responsibility for everything Ive done, but almost everyone on here is failing to put them in the proper perspective. NONE of these violations show a disposition toward vehicular negligence. So I've had parties....so Ive put neon lights under my car....so Ive driven while suspended....so fucking what??? I challenge you all to get a copy of my MVR or DCH and tell me that anything on there shows Ive ever done anything remotely close to this...... Find me an accident.....find me a speeding ticket for more than 5 over....There have only been 3 since birth and they were all in cars) Find me anything showing that I am predisposed to willfully putting other peoples lives at risk....but you wont be able to. I broken rules/laws in the past and sometimes I still do....but to blanketly say that I am guilty because your little inbred mind cant fathom somebody who has parties and puts lights on his car and has the audacity to jaywalk could possibly be innocent of something completely unrelated. Go fuck yourself. And for those of u out there who have given me the benefit of the doubt, thank you. For everyone else I can only hope that someday something happens to u and all of your past mistakes convict u immediately.
