Yup, I absolutely love going down to the states. No I don't steal any of your guys domestic freight :P
Banff is beautiful. I remember a few years back, all the federal campgrounds in Canada were on strike. Free camping! Theres nothing like waking up in the morning, opening your tent, and there's a mountain right there!
As far as slang and Canada, well there is nowhere near as much as in the states. I mostly hear "rhubarb" around Minnesota, to be honest. You yankees light the CB up compared to us canucks.

10-4 on THAT!!! When I lived in Colorado, I went to the camping area at the base of the Maroon Bells one September. Woke up the next morning to sunshine.... and SNOW on the Bells!! Beautiful!!!
Question for ya. Why does a Canadian beer company... Molson.... use a picture of the Maroon Bells (in Colorado) on their mirrors/advertising??? Who are they kidding?? And why don't they use Canadian mountains?
It's ALMOST enough to make me NOT want to drink their beer!!! Almost. I actually LOVE a good cold Molson Golden!! ops:

Molson is a coors Brand, ya know from Golden COLORADO http://www.coors.com/brews_brands.asp. now, why they bill themselves as a Canadian beer I don't know. I wouldn't Identify myself with the likes of Celine Dion. Also I don't know why the have Killians IRISH red, or Blue Moon, A "belgian" beer. Its all made here in the states!

Cool!!! Thanks for the info!!! You have answered one of the 3 remaining unanswered questions of life for me!!! I didn't KNOW it was a Coors brand! NOW it makes (somewhat) perfect sense to use the Maroon Bells! (not really!)
More importantly.... NOW I can have a Molson without feeling like an unfaithful husband!!!
