I see no difference in you blowing smoke in my face, other than your smoke can have long term health repercussions to me.
I do know some who are polite enough to not smoke around people or at least ask. However, it's much more common for smokers to blow smoke wherever, light up wherever, and throw their butts wherever. I can't tell you how disgusting it is to have to walk over hundreds, if not thousands, of cigarette butts to get to the door to where I used to work. No smoking inside, but when a group of 10+ smokers gather outside the door, what a mess. And what a nasty smell. If you must smoke, please don't exhale.

Places like bars should be exempt. I love a Marlboro with my Bud light, thats just how it is  Should we ban alcohol from resturants next?

http://www.whiotv.com/news/10469813/detail.html So apparently the law as written means once you cross the state line you can't smoke in your truck. Hmmm. I'm sure there will actually be very limited enforcement of this law as it applies to drivers. -p. |
