But there 1-2 people here that seem to think it's their duty to tear apart the statements/comments that others make on these topics ..... at times I think the name of this group should be changed from Class A Drivers ... to Class A Debate's .... and that way when new people come on board to get valueable information about Trucking .... their not slammed by the strong opinions on other things .... sorry but I think this 'in your face' attitude has gotten a bit out of hand.

Don't worry, Michigan. I'm on it. I've been searching thru the millions of logins who claim to be members here. I'll find those 2 sob's sooner or later. So far, I'm only up to about the middle of the "G's." I just investigated and "cleared" Geeshock, Git 'er Done and GMAN. I'm not sure who comes next after GM in the list... but, I'm I'm gonna find the rascal sooner or later.
Goober.... paging Mr. Goober. Is there a Goober on the forum? You know, after I get thru the H's comes the I's. Ironeagle is gonna pay for all those posts that were totally all caps. I tried to tell him to quit shouting. Soon as I finish with him (and IlikeIke,) I'm gonna git into the J's..... and I'm gonna FIND that jackass that Clee keeps talking about. issedoff:You're probably in the clear tho, cuz after I eliminate Kreeper and the rest of the K's, I'll have to find my place in the alphabet by singing the song.... you know "my ABC's?" IIRC, after K I'll basically tumble thru L-M-N-O-P. Whew! This has been a daunting task. It'll take me another week or two to finish. But, when I get back to it... anybody whose Username starts with GO is gonna be under the microscope! Let's see.... GO-A-T. Is there a Goat on the board? GO-D... is there a GOD on the board? GO-F... is there a GOF on the board? Anybody here go by GOF? How about GO-G... is GOG or MAGOG in the house? Let's see, where was I? Hmmm Hmmm HMMM hmm, L-M-N-O-P! GO-R.... is Al Gore on the board? ![]() It'll probably be Monday evening before I get out of the G's... and start on the H's. But, I'm gonna root out those "linguistic terrorists" or my name ain't.... Hobo

A sad bump to this thread, SEAL Team 6 lost approx. 22 members in Afghanistan yesterday. They had just loaded up in a Chinook after doing a rescue mission to save a unit of Army Rangers who were pinned down by Taliban fighters. As they lifted off the Chinook was hit by a suspected RPG from the Taliban. From sketchy details being released, none of the SEAL's lost were part of the Bin Laden raid.

I think that there were over 30 people on board who died, including the seals. Three were Air Force personnel and some were nationals. I heard on the news earlier that seals have done thousands of missions since being in Afghanistan. We will probably never know what they have done for this country. Our prayers and thoughts should be with them and their families. I am sure the Taliban are rejoicing. I hope our people go back and take care of business. This incident adds yet another reason for them to do what they do best.

Nothing like putting all your eggs into one basket, then having the handle break and the basket falls to the ground. This does not take away from their performance or abilities. Even going up against some of the worst odds, the families should have been able to feel reasonably confident with the record. Over the last 50 years, the first Seal buried because of combat was only a couple of years ago. Even today, with 23 men killed in combat, their record still shines. But, the brass in charge of transportation laid a big, fat, rotten egg on this one. My heart goes out to the families.
