Companies You Hate?

Another vote for PayPal.
Also, eBay for becoming PayPal only. M/A-COM (It was GE, then Ericsson, then M/A-COM, then Tyco, now owned by Harris Communications), for implementing Open-Sky and Pro-Voice, two voice protocols that cannot legally be monitored by scanner nuts like myself... yet. I also must add Miller Brewing Company... at least their advertising department. Search for "Miller Lite skirt commercial" on youtube. There are probably more on my list, but those are the ones who come to mind.

I assume you mean under the current management.
Which reminds me, I have to add WalMart to my list. Sam Walton started WalMart with the idea to "Buy American" and went out of his way to find American made products. His successors have thrown that out the window and it is nearly impossible to find anything at WalMart that was manufactured in this country.

FWIW, I have never actually hated anyone in my entire life - strongly disliked, yes, but never blatantly hated someone. Sadly, the current disaster-in-chief is giving me a run for my money. Even worse, I have no doubt that my 'dislike' of this man is going to be strongly validated when all is said and done. Oh well...I ain't skeered. I'm gonna go find Hobo and make him live with us as pennance. A conservative, Christian household where he can do plenty of 'doh!' facepalms as he is asked 'dude, what were you thinking?' I agree, also, that Wal Mart is one of those less desirable companies. The Walnuts totally screwed Sam's vision.

I'd say they're pretty much like any other budget chain; some are well run and some aren't but I think that's to be expected in their price range. I find them to be the chain most likely to have legitimate truck parking. If I can't find a place to dump my trailer I'll usually try them first. If I'm near a terminal, etc., and not married to a trailer, it's very likely that I'll treat myself to a much better class of accommodations; at least a Holiday Inn or preferably, a Hilton.
As for the remainder of the posts, the only company of those mentioned so far that I do business with is Walmart and, once again, it's because of predictable truck access. I have a Walmart Moneycard which could be fee free if I set up direct deposit with them. It's very convenient for things like . . oh . . booking hotels for instance (anything I can't do with Comdata, basically). The only money I have at risk is whatever I have on the card and I keep that to a minimum.
