I wonder if keeping the trainee for 1 1/2 months played a factor.

That was my reaction, too. Come to think of it, it's been awhile since we've seen a "trainer from hell" story, here.

I heard somewhere that the air gizmos are pretty important. If I find a whistling noise, I call ONROAD. They might ask me to help pinpoint it but they would never expect me to fix it.

if I am under my truck for any reason, the engine is off, the doors are locked and the key is in my pocket

I dont care whats going on. I am out my truck the keys are in my pocket and doors are locked at ALL TIMES! More less if im under the thing.

heh, I'll go one step further. If I am doing ANYTHING requireing me to release brakes, I DO chalk those wheels and park on the most level land I can find.

Ya beat me to it... We actually got a message about that incident over the Qualcomm this week, but it didn't go into the detail that Landline did.

I don't know who was dumber, him for not chocking the wheels or at least leaving it in gear OR her for useing her foot as wheel chock! Wish I could have seen the look on her face when she realized that wasn't a good idea.
