Unfortunately I've heard those same deals your relatives have in other companies and they almost always turn out to be BS or half the truth. Not saying they are BS-ing you, just saying that there is usually more to the story than what is told. Just because 12 other women were there longer doesn't mean anything if they can't do the job. Your brother in law has been in a management style position before, how many of those 12 women had that in their pocket? Doesn't matter if it was with meat while they want him to run crafts, just matters that he has run a crew/team before.
