I don't think it is my job to help the DOT out. If they are watching and want to ticket this guy then that is their job. Mine is to drive my own truck.

What GMAN said above on that one Timberwolf. It's on camera and right in front of the coop, no need to worry about that. Watched a UPS wiggle wagon drive straight off I-95, thru the grass and into an open coop AFTER he passed the scale so that he could hit the bathroom without rolling across the scale. Just missed a the front end of a Western Express truck that was coming out of the scale bypass lane at the time.

I had a guy going the wrong way down a 4 lane to get into a fuel station. He was sitting in the turn lane and instead of turning he drove straight into on-coming traffic to get to the fuel islands. He wasn't delivering fuel like in your case Timberwolf and he didn't wait until no vehicles were coming, he took them on and made them scatter. I know I wasn't the only one who called that in, when I called an hour later the company already had a log of it from another witness.

I would probably call his company and inform their Safety department, but leave DOT well enough alone (if it's on camera, they already know anyway). Of course, I worked in Safety for a while and I saw all too often the after effects of a well meaning driver doing something totally stupid like backing up on a highway. Generally once he gets his rear severely chewed once, he'll pay a little more attention to the signs signaling things like weigh stations ahead.
