I came past the one at MM 166 on 64 at 1115, came right back thru there an hour and a half later the signs and the orange barrels are blocking the entrance.. yeah like the person who wrote that article said.. "It's a new low point in Virginia history"

But here's a thing to think about, do you think the gold ol' Sliver and Blue (Virginia State Troopers Color Scheme) is going to be less laid back on truckers who park on off ramps?? Especially on 81!!! Counting the Big Truck Rest Area at the 19 MM i think there's only 3 rest area's available for Trucks in an 323 miles stretch going North!! Also what da hell does Urban Fringe mean??
