More than 1,000 drivers must take test again

No, you are NOT me. You could never BE me. I am not agreeing with anyone... I am making my own observations. If some of THEM agree with me, that is their problem.

I didn't say I'd SEEN any Swift training. What is your point? I said I'd never been THROUGH their training, and I doubt YOU have either.

I think you're having enough trouble dodging MY questions. Why would you think I need their help?

Perhaps, you just think you can get over on them more easily. I really haven't seen that so far.

I'm still waiting for an answer as to what kind of "certification" YOU have for YOUR training for your drivers.... or for what kind of training YOU received?

How 'bout we give Swift a break and start ragging on USXpress drivers? That should bring some of THEM out of the woodwork and increase the post count on CAD.

Oh, but THEN you wouldn't have a reason to post, would you? You'd be almost as silent as when you were banned. And Lord knows, we all MISSED you! NOT. :lol2:

Sorry, BigD, but you have really piqued my curiosity. I can't help wondering whether YOU received PTDI training, or whether you just got "grandfathered" in. You seem to be an EXPERT on training criteria. But, you won't answer my questions. Hiding something?

Could it BE that ALL you know about driving a truck you learned in Kindergarten? Along with ALL you know about life? Could it BE that you are a closet intellectual with disdain for anyone who is not? And you can't allow that anyone else could be as good at this as YOU?

If so, I feel your pain, and understand you now. Sort of. No.... that's a lie. If you were an intellectual, you could respond in a manner that you have YET to do.

No, I think I'll just continue to tag you as a BBR, small fleet O/O, who thinks he knows everything and is intent on perpetrating that illusion through condescension.

Yep, definitely Hobo is back. A 12 pack of Silver Bullets and a carton of Dorals running sidekick.

What a waste.............

Yeah, it's a waste, Bel. But, it is a necessity to deal with some of the aholes on this board!

BigD wants to believe the forum was silent because HE was "gone." Okay. I'll let him have his fanstasies. I don't believe I have ever been bold enough to insinuate that the board was slow when "I" was missing.

As for me, I've been missing lately due to car troubles. I blew up my last one because it didn't "please" me (and maybe due to a lack of pre-trip.)

But, I have a NEW one, now. I'm STOKED!

AND, I've met a lady! I know.... you think it is not possile, and I would have agreed! But, c'est la vie! Suddenly, arguing with dumbchits just doesn't have the same appeal!

What with the (Bush) "Age of Darkness" receeding, and a new light on the horizon, I'm no longer so depressed. And with the NEW moderating criteria here on CAD, it is hard for me to make a point anymore.

I don't LIKE "change" Bel. But, it has been forced on me this year. I WILL be different, that's for sure. Okay, that's a lie. I'll STILL be the same ahole I've always been, but I will SMELL better! :lol2:

And, I will probably be here less often.

Tonight is a freebie.

AND, I've met a lady! Does she know this ???

And with the NEW moderating criteria here on CAD, it is hard for me to make a point anymore. One thing I completely agree with Hobo on.

Now we're getting somewhere. If your yard predates the opening of the new exit, I understand completely. It is perfectly understandable that you would harbor a little animosity. I'm pretty sure that, at one point, the Sumner cops had shoot to kill orders if they found a wayward Swift truck wandering their restricted routes. Fences were lost. Fire hydrants were lost. Guard rails, lawns, and landscaping were lost. But the town isn't without a little culpability of it's own. That whole area went to hell with Swift and Costco going in ahead of the infrastructure which lagged sorely behind.

The detours were tight and a little unforgiving in and of themselves but Swift compounded that problem by providing horrible directions to get to the terminal. I lucked out. My first trip through was in my car and, as lost as I got, I was able to see first hand there were lots of places you probably shouldn't bring a truck. I think my first time outbound on the northern route, a Swift Driver stopped on the corner where that little brown store was, turned on his flashers, stopped traffic in 4 directions, went in and went about his business. He was in and out in 5, like it mattered. That little stunt tied up traffic for at least an hour. So, there I was, an innocent bystander (in a very similar truck) and every bit as much of a victim and I have people giving me the finger!

When I started, you could still come in from the southside and through the town. But, before the new ramp opened, Sumner decided they'd had enough trucks come through and they restricted that route, putting more trucks on the really rotten northside route. By that time, I was done with the regional stuff and off to see the country but because I was based out of Sumner, I got all the warning messages about where and where not to go . . over and over and over.

So, we destroyed one of your trucks and diminished the quality of life in your neighborhood. Is that all you've got, whiner?

Better to defend the weak, than to crush them under heal. BOTH actions betray upbringing. And BOTH define character.

Yours is clearly lacking. As are your resume and answers to my questions.

Do not concern yourself with my alcohol intake, nor the dimensias of my mind. Better men than BOTH of us have suffered worse while saving or govening mankind. But, NONE were proved to have YOUR intelligence (such as it is) nor your (lack of) vision.

Okay, now I'm skeert! When you and I agree on anything, there really IS a problem! But, I blame YOU. It's all YOUR fault! If YOU weren't such an Ahole, the rest of us aholes might get away with some of it!

ONE of us needs to quit being such an Ahole! Either you or ME or.... well... you know....

But,, "I" didn't SAY that!

That's too bad shyykatt. Hopefully it won't prove too much of an inconvenience for your husband.

Without having seen the report with the FBI's findings, it is hard to say what policies exactly were not followed. It is very unfortunate and perhaps the company that performed the erroneous testing should be held financially accountable for their errors.
