Well you said it right here in the obove paragraph , Because a person who is drinking with people she feels comfortable with will willingly drink enough to be in a compromising position ...correct ...And since 73% of all woman already know there attacker before hand , is it not perfectly plausable to say a woman can be raped with Allcohol use alone .

Well you claim a person can't be raped on alcohol alone due to not being able to be slipped enough to make it happen due to taste...Well We are talking about your 73% of all woman being raped by person or persons they knew and felt comfortable with ...therefore the alcohol need only be provided and drank (WILLINGLY) and steadily provided to exert the sedative effects needed to put that person in a compromising position ...Yeah it takes a bit longer than 1 drink with a ton of GHB , But my point is a person can be sedated enough with alcohol to be compromised , and you claim it not so , But like I said and based on your own facts the drug in the case of alcohol is given in a situation where the victim thinks they are with friends ,and once the person is drunk and already compromised to the point of not being able to make good judgement on their own condition/surroundings the person or persons continue to supply acohol to the individual until they are completely compromised While not as fast as 1 alcoholic drink with a ton of GHB it's the same outcome , and the person is technically not slipped anything they willingly drug themselves into a compromising position , So how is alcohol not capable of doing just what GHB does ? ...sure if a woman was told we are giving you GHB to rape you she would exit real quick...But if those people she felt comfortable with said we are getting you lioured up to rape you do you think she would willingly bottoms up ?... But it boils down to my origional point Rape has nothing to do with GHB as it is just something attackers use to make the job easier ...and as I jokingly said before by the same token you could outlaw Duct Tape/Zip ties .
