Well GHB is not the only drug or substance that can sedate a person Alcohol can do it alone it just takes more drinking , and like I said there are plenty of other sedatives that will do as good or better a job than GHB ...And most of the time GHB is mixed with liqour to get this knock out effect because it cuts down on the amount of both GHB/liqour needed to get the job done ...plus if mixing GHB in water or a good tasting beverage the substance would probably be detected by the drinker ...But as far as "tools" for rape let us be real GHB is not the only substance used to sedate an individual ...you know this right ? ....and it's not legal to buy GHB OTC without prescription this would be illegal just like posessing any other prescription substance without a prescription , so it's a huge difference from when you could walk into a nutrition store and buy this substance OTC ...
Besides - if you really need GHB, then go to a doctor and get a prescription. If you don't really need it, then sux to be you.:rofl:
But if making the argument that the legislation against a substance is valid b/c an individual might use it to rape a person then how do stand with the legal availability of Alcohol or do you just think certain tools are bad ?

In 15 years I've took pleasure in smoking MJ maybe 10 times ...And steroids are my chosen vice that effect only myself ...I have no personal argument against Alcohol ,but i just find it laughable that a person can preach out loud against other drugs when he/she uses alcohol a substance that has injured/killed more than any illegal substance around ...and no I get by just fine without Liqour to get a woman...I know it might be surprising ,but in person I'm fairly smooth ,and their are many ladies that like an arm the size of a leg .

If you don't really need it, then sux to be you.:rofl: I doubt someone is going to unknowingly be "slipped" enough alcohol to incapacitate them enough to rape them. Hard liquor at say 100 proof/50% and a 100lb person you do the math ...or a night of wine coolers ...no you're right rev no girl has ever had regrets about the night before .

You can taste hard liquor on the first sip - especially something as strong as 100 proof. Nobody is going to be "slipped" enough alcohol to allow them to be raped.
Again, a person drinking on their own is a completely different issue that you are trying to throw in to validate your GHB argument. Women are slipped date rape drugs without their knowledge. A woman who has drank of her own free will has not been slipped anything. well I have been to many parties where I've seen some very drunk women ...So I'm going to have to laugh at you when you say a person will not drink enough to be compromised ...And rev hard liquor is usually served in a mixed drink to make palletable ...or do you live in a cave ,and not know this , Hell I don't drink and know this . A woman who drinks an enhanced drink will just end up in a compromised position faster than just Alcohol...and yes an enhanced drink will act faster ,and maybe the person would not have drank enough to be compromised , But there are plenty of substances besides GHB that will sedate a person , so let us not act like making GHB illegal does anything to stop rape . By that mode of thought let us ban the use or automobiles ,because without them it would be harder to get to the gathering that the rape took place at .

That's my point exactly you can't run around banning items b/c some fools find an illegal use for an item...heck if that were the case We would need outlaw DUCT TAPE/ZIP TIES , as they are used as "tools" in rape /abduction very often .
