No personal attacks here. Yet.
I know but, it seems like every thread that has the least metion of rules you two end up arguing over nothing and resolving nothing so poor old idiots like me don't know what to think.
Just stop at the first response of the regulations, which is likely mine.

I just figured I'd give golfhobo a chance to amend himself (or at least look up the regs) before I discussed where he is wrong any further.

THIS IDIOT DIDN'T DELIVER HIS LOAD ON TIME BECAUSE HE SAID HE WAS OUT OF HOURS EVEN THOUGH HE WAS WHERE HE NEEDED TO BE!!!!!!

Seriously.... just how freakin' dumb can a person get?

I'm sure someone will chime and say that he did the right thing since he was following "The Rules".
And thats why I could never go into dispatching. I would let him sit for a couple of days after that. I would also explain to him that he has shown me he is unreliable. "Yes, I understand, your out of hours, but you are RIGHT OUTSIDE THE FREAKIN' GATES MORON".

I think the California Air Resources Board should take over rulings on HOS.

If they did that, we wouldn't be able to drive at all.

btw, if someone wants me to explain further on my previous post, I will. I'd like to think that most people understand the HOS regs better than that, though.
