Your knowledge of the law is laughable. In certain States, only one party even needs to know that the call is being recorded. :roll:

The only way they can play the calls on the air is if the person they're pranking signs the release form. They've talked about this sevral times on the air.
Well, that may not be the only way, but it's the way Stern's staff does things.
