Better get your facts straight Ben. The laws regarding taping phone calls vary from state to state. In Indiana, for instance, advance notification is not necessary to be legal. :wink:

You see, unlike Oldie and Unfunny, where everything is fake (even the "show regulars"), some things are not.

The only way they can play the calls on the air is if the person they're pranking signs the release form. They've talked about this sevral times on the air.

Well, that may not be the only way, but it's the way Stern's staff does things.
