Artie does not need days off to get in Trouble, he is one of those classic cases of a person who is unable to handle sucess. You are right with the fact that he had to much free time to get in trouble and you know tomorrow he will be talking out of his azz saying things like I only had a few beers, and "no I was not Dancing"
I would put money on it that he has done some sort of dancing these past two weeks. He is a born addict with no desire to help himself. In my opinion these last two months Artie has been kind of a dick, kind of like he has been trying to hard to be funny, then you add to the mix all the fans who have been bashing him lately, give him two weeks off and the result is a DUI. At some point Howard is going to say enough... Timberwolf

He's goofy as a 3-dollar bill, but I gotta love my man Gary. He doesn't drive (for obvious reasons) so he has to walk everywhere. Since he lives about 5 blocks from me, I run into him at 7-11 a lot where he goes to get smokes and a big gulp on a regular basis. If it's really hot or raining, I usually will stop to give him a ride home and shoot the breeze a bit. He just about the nicest person you can ever meet but he'll talk your freakin ears off if you let him.
At the risk of getting a string of "which one are you?" jokes, here's a couple pics - da myth, the legend - GTR.

He did the last time I ran into him, but that was about 6 months ago. They don't let him touch the food, but you see him out there sweeping the parking lot all the time.
