No cream cheese for me. It sounds like a dessert. I don't remember the Chinese using cream for anything. :wink: Being a purist, I just can't do it.

BAH. What fun is cooking if you aren't putting your own spin on the dishes?

BTW, cream cheese in wontons is common in American Chinese cooking in several areas of the country, according to Wikipedia.

Better make sure Golfhobo doesn't see that Rev! You'll be minus one ingredient for sure! :lol:

Thailand's Prime Minister fired for hosting a cooking show.

I had to post this link. The only cooking shows I've seen lately are here on CAD.

Spotted Tuesday evening: Loves's Truckstop, Pittsboro, Indiana.

I witnessed one of two things, I'm not sure which;

1. A serious mechanical issue. Or

2. I happened upon a taping of "Cooking with The Rev." The open-pit-barbecue edition.

On the CAD Network, of course! :P :lol:

P.S. Hey Rev, that actually is a Landstar trailer.
