Wet Wipes, water, and lots of paper towels. Everything else is done with all purpose cleaner. All dishes get traditionally washed every time I get home.

That is a mess to make at home, I can't believe you tried it in the truck. Looks good though.

you used a plastic colander as a steamer rack?

i know it's another piece of equipment you might not want to carry, but a grease guard is always good to have. and it's cheap too.

Why cream cheese in the wonton? I've never had cream cheese, just traditional pork or ground meat. Where is the rice?

You're just another "hobby cooker".

Now show your true costs to calorie ratio.

If you've never done cream cheese in a wonton, I highly recommend it. Frying it changes the consistency, and makes it really creamy and yummy. Every once in a while, I'll put a little pork and green onion in with the cream cheese, which makes it taste completely different.

I had too much food the way it was.

I had money in my bank account afterwards, and I didn't balloon up to 300 lbs, so I must be doing okay. In fact, I have 30,000 calories in the bank right now and my stomach is full.
