I don't subscribe to the healthy cooking thing. I'm like Emeril and cook everything in good old grease. :lol: :lol:

Well...how 'bout cooking something up for us so we can be the judge of that? I know what you mean, though...at this point, I'm pretty used to my own cooking so I prefer it to all that flashy stuff! So...bacon grease, it is!! Makes that sunny side up taste so much better!!! I have never acquired a taste for too many seasonings...and I cannot stand cilantro!!! Every restaurant in Texas adds cilantro to everything, I think! barf.

So...what is your specialty???

Mmmmmmmmmmm!

1 1/2" thick, Grilled Rib Eye..medium rare...lightly seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic juice....smothered with roasted mushrooms, onion, fresh garlic and red & orange bell peppers, in a ginger dressing!!


Baked sweet potatoe and roasted corn on the cobb...for those who like COC. Sliced tomatoes for those of us who don't!! Kings Hawaiian rolls and creamery butter...just cuz I'm to lazy to bake!!!

I bought an entire roast the other day, and cut it into steaks. Every day is Steak Day in Rev's truck.

I LOVE garlic (and I was going to say...I like COC but, somehow, that sounds a bit XXX)...but I don't like onions...
