I don't subscribe to the healthy cooking thing. I'm like Emeril and cook everything in good old grease. :lol: :lol:

Mmmmmmmmmmm!
1 1/2" thick, Grilled Rib Eye..medium rare...lightly seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic juice....smothered with roasted mushrooms, onion, fresh garlic and red & orange bell peppers, in a ginger dressing!! Baked sweet potatoe and roasted corn on the cobb...for those who like COC. Sliced tomatoes for those of us who don't!! Kings Hawaiian rolls and creamery butter...just cuz I'm to lazy to bake!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: 8) MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

I bought an entire roast the other day, and cut it into steaks. Every day is Steak Day in Rev's truck.
