Hurricane Mills, Tn
Had a long day today that began at 5am-- with only a 4 hr sleep last night & caught a 2.75 hr nap after relaying this morning- went to bed at 10pm last night- planning on rolling out this morning a 5pm. at 1am I was awoke by noise from living room-- figured it was Mrs getting home from work( Wal-Mart 3-12 shift).....staggered into the living room to find my 19 year old( still sponging off Mom & Dad) with 6-7 other teenage(adult) guys setting on the floor 3 inches from the 52' TV playing some 'shoot 'em XBOX game. went back to bed-- then again (after Mrs) got home-- had to go back out and Yell at them all the Clear the Frack OUT!

Heck, I'm 35 and still sponging (of course, my ex-wife has assisted me greatly in my need to appeal to my parents).
Pilot in Bloomington, IN. If it weren't for dire need of a shower, I don't think I'd be one of those idiots parallel parked over on the side (and yes, I left enough room for the properly parked trucks to pull out).

Oops, meant Bloomington, IL.
Yup, down to KC, MO tomorrow. Miles lousy this week. That awful, awful run from DE to IN that took an extra day, and then this load. But since my 'week' didn't even start until Monday night/Tuesday AM, it's hard to count it right. If I can get the trips Transflowed, I think it's about 1200 miles.

yeah, I've been home too all week until this morning... I won't get to transflow squat by friday...
there's still several miles between Bloomington, IL and KC, Mo-- then you got to get heading back out of KC to a Love's or Pilot by midnite--- good luck what time do you deliver that tomorrow? you gonna be pulling a all-niter?

Out of hours. Getting up early and slogging along until I unload the sucker. Busted my butt today and still got hardly any miles covered (thank you 55 mph limit, crappy back roads, and Chicago area construction)

J.K.-- enjoy your time off when you get there.....you're only 1136 miles away Last time I checked, Sacramento was west of Colorado, but for some reason I'm heading south and I'm outside of Las Cruces. I'm delivering my load of Beer in the morning and then I'll probably sit around for a day or so (seems like that's the norm here) and maybe make it home by next week. Our log book cover page says " ...We will set high standards for ourselves and work as a TEAM" I'm doing my part, now get me home!!!
